Description
The certificate is the official document that validates the on-site Health & Safety Plan, ensuring the preventive measures are suitable for the work to be carried out. This procedure is essential before work begins and forms part of the mandatory documentation required by occupational risk prevention law. The certificate must be issued and signed by the Health & Safety Coordinator during the execution phase.
